How do I login with Two Factor Authentication?

Kojensi requires you to log in with MFA or 2FA authentication with the Oracle Authenticator.

BEFORE YOU START:

You will require the Oracle Mobile Authenticator (OMA) app on your smartphone or computer to enable this multifactor authentication process. 

OMA is available for:

1. Windows Desktop  (Windows 10 Store)
2. IOS (Apple) Devices  (Apple APP Store)
3. Android Devices  (Google Play Store)

Steps for registering your password and One Time Password (OTP)

1. Download and install the Oracle Mobile Authenticator app to your preferred device - DO NOT configure it yet.
2. Open the Welcome Email from your Kojensi administrator.
3. Click on the link provided to Activate Your Account
4. Enter a valid password, paying special attention to the restricted characters.
5. Click the Set Password button
6. You are now taken to the Register For a One Time Passcode screen.
7. This screen has a ‘Quick Response’ QR Code on it
8. Open the Oracle Mobile Authenticator app on your chosen device and scan the QR code on Kojensi.
   Note - If using the app on your desktop - Print out the QR code and scan with your computer camera.
9. The Oracle Authenticator App will now require you to enter the user name (is your email address) & password that you just created in Kojensi Portal   (You must enter this exactly as you entered it in Kojensi, as a small typo will say that it has failed).
10. Click on Sign In from within the OMA
11. Back inside Kojensi, you will now click on the Register My Account button to finish connecting the app to your Kojensi account.
12. Inside Kojensi, Click on the Login to your Account and enter your username and password
13. Open the Oracle Mobile Authenticator app, and enter the 6 digit code from the app into Kojensi and select Verify Code
14. Finally, you will set up your security questions. Once this is complete you will arrive in your Homespace and can begin using Kojensi.
