How do I register for the Knowledgebase and View Support Tickets?

Getting access to the archTIS Help Center is easy!

If you are an archTIS customer with a current license of Kojensi, NC Protect or cp.Protect/cp.Discover you can request a Help Center account to gain access to the Knowledgebase and Customer Portal (Ticketing Center) to view help articles, product documentation and check on your ticket status and history.
