How to log on using two-factor authentication (2FA) via the Oracle desktop authenticator application

Kojensi 2FA can be completed via the Oracle desktop authenticator application.

Steps

1. Download the Oracle Mobile Authenticator (OMA) to your computer via the Windows 10 Store or for Mac users, use the Apple App store.
2. Click on the green button - Activate My Account in the email invitation to activate your Kojensi account.
   
3. Set your password, paying attention to the allowed special characters* and press Continue.
4. In Kojensi click on the Register Manually to set up your authenticator via the desktop Oracle Access Management (OAM)  application.
   
5. The pop-up will expand to show the first step.
   
6. Click on the green button Get Secret Key.
7. The final step pop-up will show your secret key. Copy this key and open the OAM desktop application.
8. Click on + Add Account button and then click on the Enter Key Manually. 
9. Select Oracle and in the next screen, type your email address into the account field and paste the secret key into the Key field and click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen to finalise.
   
   TIP: In the Company field you can delete the word Oracle and put a descriptor in this field instead, such as Workspace Creator, OR Local Administrator depending on your system role that you are setting up. This is helpful if you have multiple system roles in Kojensi. 
    
   
10. The OAM will now show a 6-digit One Time Passcode (OTP) which will generate every 30 seconds. 
11. Click on green Register button in Kojensi and you will see the success pop up. Click on Login.
12. You will now be prompted to log in with your username and new password. 
13. Now enter the OTP and click the green Verify.
14. The last step is to set your security questions. Select questions that are easy to answer. Type your answers and click on the Continue button at the bottom. You will now be logged in to Kojensi.
