Troubleshooting tips when logging on

Here are some helpful tips if you are seeing errors in Kojensi whilst trying to log on.

Approved Web Browsers

Kojensi is enabled to work on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge web browsers only.

If you log in via any other browser, Kojensi is not supported and may not function as designed. 

Log in errors & clearing your cookies

If you see a 404 error message, please clear your cookies in your web browser and refresh the webpage. 

If there is a new Kojensi release, always check the About Kojensi link in the footer of Kojensi to see if you are on the latest version. You can see the latest release notes in the Knowledgebase or contact your Local Administrator to find out what is the latest version. If you are seeing the older version, please clear your cookies and refresh the web page to update the version. 

NOTE: Clearing cookies can resolve various issues that may arise over time due to outdated cookies. These outdated cookies can cause problems with loading content and storing old information. This is a recommended step before contacting your Local Administrators. 

Steps for clearing cookies in Google Chrome
  1. Click on the "View Site Information" icon at the front of the Kojensi URL. Screenshot 2024-08-29 120342-1
  2. Click on "Cookies and site data".

  3. Check both the cookies and site data tabs to click on the trash can icon to clear the cookies.

  4. Once all cookies are deleted, click on the Done button.

  5. Click on Reload/Refresh button to refresh the web page. Screenshot 2024-08-29 115501

Steps for clearing cookies in Microsoft Edge

  1. Click on the "View Site Information" icon at the front of the Kojensi URL.image
  2. Click on "Cookies and site data".

  3. Select "Cookies" to view all cookies.

  4. Select the website page and then click "Remove".

  5. Once cookies have been removed, click "Done".
  6. Click on the Reload/Refresh button to refresh the web page.
