Kojensi Help Centre 

The HubSpot Customer Support email needs to be whitelisted on the organisation's gateway to avoid emails being blocked/dropped. 

Why? 

The requested email ‘CustomerSupport@archtis.com' will likely be blocked for using a mail relay service. 

The auto-generated emails are initiated by a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform called HubSpot, which is used by the contracted vendor called archTIS Limited. The auto-generated email/s are then forwarded by the current email in question (CustomerSupport@archtis.com) to archTIS customers. The purpose of these emails is to enable customers to access archTIS's product/s help centre information and licence keys.  

The inability to receive these emails stops the progression of using the products at step 1 and denies the ability to access the Kojensi help centre. This help centre host a variety of critical user documentation.
